Job summary

Uniphar is expanding its U.S. Medical Affairs team and seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to cover the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, NC, GA). The base salary ranges from $115k to $150k per year.

The MSL will build peer-to-peer scientific relationships, present clinical data, and support Investigator-Initiated Studies while traveling up to 60% in a field-based role across Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Sports Medicine.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.
• 1–2 years MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in Orthopedics, Musculoskeletal or related fields preferred.
• Ability to travel ~60%.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop peer-to-peer scientific relationships with physicians and researchers.
• Serve as a primary field-based Medical Affairs contact.
• Engage KOLs and therapeutic area experts.
• Present data at regional and national meetings.
• Support discussions on product use and clinical data.
• Identify Investigator-Initiated Studies.
• Lead scientific advisory boards.
• Provide Medical Affairs support at conferences.
• Develop scientific materials and resources.
• Gather field insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and Market Access.
