Job summary

ADC Therapeutics seeks a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to provide healthcare professionals with credible scientific information about ADCT and its product portfolio. You will develop and maintain peer-level relationships with KOLs and HCPs across NV, AZ, Southern CA and HI, and support the medical affairs objectives in a dynamic, field-based role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with an advanced life sciences degree preferred, has MSL experience, and understands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
• MSL experience required.
• Hematology/oncology experience preferred.
• Ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and other guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical development and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide HCPs with credible, balanced scientific information about ADCT and its product portfolio.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
• Develop territory plans and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Care Providers.
• Maintain medical expertise in hematology/oncology clinical practice.
• Cover sessions and gather insights at scientific congresses.
• Demonstrate competency in communicating disease state, therapeutic landscape, and mechanisms of action.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards and comply with guidelines.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to build compliant teams.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.
