Medical Science Liaison

Amplity offers an exciting opportunity for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team of National US MSLs. Utilize your MSL experience in this growth role. This remote, field-based role is available immediately.

Job Summary: The MSL will serve as a key scientific resource for healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, endocrinologists, and cardiologists, focusing on vaccines for preventable diseases, health system mapping, and other duties. The role involves clinical discussions, understanding healthcare systems, and weekly travel within the designated region. A strong pharmaceutical background and experience in an MSL or similar role are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in detailed clinical discussions with healthcare professionals to provide scientific insights on vaccines and preventable diseases.
  2. Conduct health system mapping to understand operational dynamics.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  4. Travel weekly within the region and attend conferences and meetings.
  5. Provide scientific support to internal teams to ensure accurate communication of scientific information.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited university or college (Pharm D, Ph.D., MSN, NP, RN) with relevant clinical and pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience in cardiology, nephrology, or endocrinology preferred.
  • Understanding of vaccines' roles in disease management.
  • Ability to synthesize and interpret large clinical data sets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel weekly and pass all training requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe record.
