Abbott is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to educate prescribers and decision makers within health systems across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and parts of New Jersey. This field-based role requires building relationships with key opinion leaders in primary care and gastroenterology, delivering clinical presentations, and supporting market strategy.

The position involves up to 60% travel, Monday–Friday hours with some weekend scientific meetings, and close collaboration with Screening

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a health-related field is required.
• At least 5+ years of industry experience in healthcare/medical technology with Medical Affairs.
• Ability to meet facility access requirements and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations (last 36 months).

Responsabilités

• Educate prescribers and decision makers within health systems and organized customer groups about screening products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in Primary Care and Gastroenterology.
• Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to healthcare providers and leadership teams.
• Collaborate across functions to create scientific engagement content for marketed and pipeline products.
• Travel regionally; up to 60% of time, with some weeks involving extensive field presence.
