This individual will help ensure that products are used effectively as scientific resources and experts and provide input about relevant scientific and clinical data for these external customers and internal business partners.Key Responsibilities : Build external relationships with the health care provider team and develop and manage a geographical territory.Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including clinical activities with identified OLs, institutions, community practices, pathways influencers, and advocacy competency in the areas of Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & the ability to build community and academic opinion leader partnerships through establishing relationships and conducting scientific exchange with community and institutional HCPs.Execute research initiatives, maintain strong scientific acumen, and support department operations and internal partners.Represent and support Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Neuroscience scientific meetings, including congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and investigator meetings. Interpret and report findings with recommendations for action to relevant internal partners.Experience and Skills : Required : PharmD, MD / DO, PhD, DNP or DPAS degreeWill consider advanced medical degree - Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience2-4 years of MSL experience and / or 2-3 years of relevant work experience, which can include clinical, research, fellowship, or pharmaceutical work experienceAbility to support travel of 50-70%, which includes overnight travel, including some weekend commitmentsAbility to drive to or fly to various meetings / congresses / headquartersA valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred : Knowledge or experience in Mood / PsychiatryPharmaceutical industry experiencePlease note that this position does not offer & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
