Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to train and evaluate AI systems in the life sciences. The role focuses on reviewing AI-produced medical content for accuracy, validating clinical data interpretation, and guiding improvements to ensure integrity in healthcare communications.

Remote hourly contract offering 10–40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling and potential for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Experienced Medical Science Liaisons or clinical educators with strong ability to interpret clinical data and publications.
• Able to assess clinical trial data, literature, and regulatory documents for accuracy.
• Experience in communicating complex scientific information to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for accuracy and clarity for HCP audiences.
• Validate AI outputs against clinical trial data, literature, and regulatory materials.
• Identify errors or gaps in AI-generated communications and provide feedback.
• Contribute to QA across medical datasets and model outputs.
• Apply HCP engagement experience to assess tone and clinical utility of AI responses.
• Support quality assurance workflows in AI content evaluation.

Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical communications professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems built for the life sciences. Your deep understanding of clinical data, HCP engagement, and medical evidence is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter, more accurate, and trustworthy in healthcare contexts.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
• Validate that AI outputs correctly interpret clinical trial data, medical literature, and regulatory materials
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading representations in AI-generated scientific communications
• Provide structured feedback to improve how AI models handle complex biomedical topics
• Apply your HCP engagement experience to assess tone, relevance, and clinical utility of AI responses
• Contribute to quality assurance across medical datasets and model outputs

Who You Are

• Current or former Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or medical affairs professional
• Strong ability to interpret and critically evaluate clinical trial data, publications, and regulatory documents
• Experienced in communicating complex scientific information clearly and accurately to healthcare professionals
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific integrity
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical writing, data annotation, or content review
• Background in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or HEOR
• Familiarity with AI evaluation or quality assurance workflows
