Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years MSL experience; 5–8 years in industry preferred.
• Therapeutic area CNS/psychiatry experience preferred.
• Able to travel 50–70% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with KOLs in the Eastern U.S. territory.
• Provide training support for the commercial team and develop materials.
• Serve as scientific resource for HCPs on product data and disease state education.
• Bridge Scientific Affairs with the commercial organization for training and understanding of assets.
• Support external clinical development activities and trial education.
• Represent the company at medical congresses and scientific meetings.
• Assist in scientific advisory boards and peer‑to‑peer education sessions.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for scientific information per guidelines.
• Provide field insights to R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations for site support and awareness.
• Maintain therapeutic expertise through ongoing professional development.
