Purpose : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in hematology, a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing scientific information, and contributing to the advancement of our products and research initiatives by providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information, and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and to internal partners as required by scientific and business needs. The MSL is considered an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment. The MSL is responsible for staying abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in their therapeutic areas of interest. The MSL provides research support for company and investigator-initiated research. The MSL will function with high integrity and follow credo values.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
115,000 - $197,800
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
The expected base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $197,800. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. This position is eligible for either a company car or a car allowance through the Company’s FLEET program. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
