Qualifications and Experience:

+ High School Completion or equivalent

+ Previous clerical / physician office training

+ Epic/EMR 1 Year experience

+ Medical Terminology

+ Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

+ Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner.

+ Previous registration or scheduling experience preferred.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
