Job Description:

  1. Communicate medical information in accordance with company policies and procedures, organize and participate in academic seminars and activities.
  2. Identify regional sales potential, focus areas, and strategies, and develop corresponding implementation plans.
  3. Build and maintain good relationships with clients to uphold the company's image.
  4. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and managers to develop and initiate medical information activities in the responsible region.
  5. Strictly manage sales behaviors to ensure all daily sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws.

Qualifications Required:

  1. Good communication skills, strong learning desire, and innovative thinking.
  2. High performance orientation, positive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
  3. Associate degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences.
