About the Company:

This recruitment is on behalf of a manufacturer of innovative infection control products. As part of our strategic development support, we are rolling out the national deployment of our client's sales team. You will join a new, rapidly growing division of a 500-employee, middle-market, family-owned European company. The company prides itself on its rigorous recruiting process, leading to high employee retention and career success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active lead generation
  • Field sales cold-calling
  • Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Build relationships with Facilities, Infection Prevention, Risk Management personnel
Requirements:
  • Direct field sales contributor
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (preferable)
  • High computer literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
  • Able to travel 60-to-80% overnight (valid Driver's License with a safe motor vehicle record)
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship required)
  • Highly proactive with a passion for sales and a genuine sales hunter mindset
  • Enjoys reaching out and meeting new leads
Compensation and Benefits:
  • OTE up to $115,000 (Base $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience + on-target commission up to $30,000)
  • All expenses paid
