Job Description:

1. Communicate medical information under company policies and procedures, organize and participate in academic seminars and activities.
2. Identify regional sales potential, focus areas, and strategies; develop corresponding implementation plans.
3. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, uphold the company's image.
4. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and managers to develop and initiate medical information dissemination activities in responsible regions.
5. Strictly manage sales behaviors to ensure all daily sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws.

Qualifications Required:

1. Good communication skills, strong desire to learn, and innovative thinking.
2. High performance orientation, positive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
3. Diploma or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.
