Job summary

Lee Weber Group is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of disposable urology products to clinics across Washington and Oregon. You will manage the full sales cycle, build referral relationships, and promote programs through healthcare networks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of outside sales experience, with a proven track record in physician referrals and reimbursement. This role offers competitive compensation and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sale of company services using a structured process.

• Network with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, key trade associations, and specific manufactures to promote company’s value proposition.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and association meetings.

We have an immediate opening for an Account Manager with a leading medical supply company. This position will focus on sales of their portfolio of disposable urology products into urology clinics across Washington and Oregon.

Compensation:

Base: $60,000 - $80,000

Bonus: $40,000+ at plan

Total Comp: $110,000+

Full Medical/Dental and 401K

Territory: Washington and Oregon
