Hintech Recruiting LLC seeks a Medical Sales Representative to drive growth in Minnesota. This full-time role targets doctors' offices and hospitals with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, car allowance, full benefits, and expense coverage.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in outside B2B or direct medical/pharma sales, high energy, resilience, and a collaborative mindset. You will manage accounts, build relationships with providers, and hit monthly and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of strong accomplishments.
• 1–5 years of direct medical sales, healthcare sales, or pharmaceutical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and manage existing accounts within medical practices, doctors' offices, and hospitals across Minnesota.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through strategic territory planning and execution.
