Job Summary: The Medical Residency Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the administration and daily operations of the residency training program. This position supports the department, faculty, and residents by ensuring compliance within their school accreditation requirements, managing program logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator oversees the recruitment process, schedules rotations, organizes evaluations, and serves as a key liaison between residents, faculty, hospital departments, and external accrediting bodies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.
Education and Experience Required: Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and two (2) years of administrative support experience.

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with students, faculty, and external partners; excels in organization and problem-solving to manage complex placement logistics; maintains a high level of attention to detail in handling compliance and documentation; and effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
