Job summary

TekPro Support Services LLC is looking for Medical Records Technicians to support the Vermont Army National Guard’s Non-Clinical Case Management program. The role involves managing medical records, ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing crucial support for case management operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in medical records management or medical administration.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation and CAC.
• Experience in military or government medical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage medical records in accordance with AR 40-66.
• Provide administrative support to RN Case Managers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, and DoD requirements.
