Job summary

TSI Federal, LLC is seeking a Medical Records Technician to support the Vermont Army National Guard’s Non-Clinical Case Management program at Camp Johnson, VT. In this role, you will manage and ensure the accuracy of medical records and documents, providing critical administrative support for case management operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in medical records management. TSS provides a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in medical records management or medical administration.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation and CAC.
• Experience in military or government medical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage medical records in accordance with AR 40-66.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to RN Case Managers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Privacy Act.
