Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Medical Records Supervisor at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN to direct and administer the written and electronic medical records program.

You will supervise staff, maintain confidentiality, and ensure complete, accurate health records while coordinating department operations. Attractive compensation and comprehensive full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years supervisory experience in Medical Records setting preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

• Direct, plan, coordinate, and administer the written and electronic medical records program.
• Supervise the medical records staff and maintain confidentiality of health care records.
• Direct department operations and ensure complete, accurate healthcare records.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Supervisor to join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.The Medical Records Supervisor will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and administering the written and electronic medical records program. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing department operations and maintaining a complete, accurate healthcare record.
