Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Registered Nurse to join Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN.

The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to the physical, psychological and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• TN RN license or ability to obtain license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Holistic nursing care within licensed scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to patient needs.
• Support care under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor.
