Rush Copley Medical Center is seeking a Records Clerk to handle outpatient records analysis, chart pick up and processing, chart pulls, and filing. The role also involves processing loose reports and coordinating release of information.

Responsible for any or all of the following functions as assigned: analysis of outpatient records, chart pick up/processing, chart pulls, filing, loose report processing, release of information. Coordinate activities pertaining to CD/report delivery and Ambra inbound/outbound releases.
