PACS is seeking a Medical Records Manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and storage of resident medical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines. You will coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical updates across care teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely documentation, overseeing EHR systems, training staff, producing reports, and supporting survey readiness with regulators while safeguarding confidentiality.
