Legal Monkeys is seeking a Records Specialist in Texas (Waco area) for a full-time, on-site role. You will call medical providers, gather medical records and bills, and manage a steady flow of records requests from law firms.

Typical day includes contacting providers by phone/email/chat, tracking progress in our system, and maintaining professional relationships. No nights or weekends; salary starts at $15–$17/hour based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Entry-level computer work with case managers and providers.
• Handle a group of assigned records requests each day.
• Retrieve medical records and bills for law firms.
• Ensure special authorizations are completed.
• Track progress of requests in our system.
• Interact with providers professionally to meet daily goals.
• Build relationships with providers and coworkers.
• Stay organized with a steady workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
