CareSource in Springfield, MA is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator II to handle retrospective medical record retrieval, ROI deployment, data analysis, and documentation. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the Springfield office and remaining days remote.
You will collaborate with health systems, maintain records, verify accuracy, and support risk adjustment processes across lines of business. Strong MS Office skills and healthcare experience preferred.
The Medical Records Coordinator II is responsible for all forms and aspects of retrospective medical record retrieval including, but not limited to, claims data analysis, outreach data research, direct EMR retrieval, Requests of Information (ROI) deployment, pend-record resolution, medical record audits, attestation capture, and report documentation. This is a hybrid position, working 1 day per week in the Springfield MA office and other days remote.

$35,900.00 - $57,300.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
