Job summary

Great Lakes Healthcare Center in Dyer, IN, part of CommuniCare Health, is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to manage our Point Click Care system and protect patient confidentiality. You will ensure records reflect residents' conditions from admission through discharge and maintain compliance across the EHR lifecycle.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, and prior healthcare records experience. Point Click Care experience is preferred.
