We’re Harmony at Home Senior Care, a locally owned home care agency that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home—and we’re looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our client and employee files in top shape. Your day-to-day might look like:
Setting up and organizing new client folders
Keeping caregiver and employee files current and complete
Making sure all our records are accurate and regulation-ready
Scanning, filing, and updating documents—both on paper and digitally
Helping with general office tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer, scanner, and basic office programs
Able to handle private information with care (HIPAA training is a plus, but we can teach you!)
Great communicator and a team player
Bonus if you’ve worked in a healthcare or office setting before—but not required

Part-time hours (15–20 hours/week), flexible during regular business hours
On-site at our Plano office
Pay range: $13 - $15 / hour depending on experience
