Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a meticulous Medical Records Clerk to organize and maintain patient health information, supporting physicians and staff in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will perform data entry, coding of diagnoses and procedures, and frequent communication with care team, while traveling locally as needed.

This role reports to the Center Administrator within Humana’s CenterWell network and aims to uphold quality standards in patient records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Records experience.

Become a part of our caring community The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for assembling, organizing, and maintaining patients' health information and charts. You will perform basic administrative, operational, customer support, and data-entry tasks, primarily working on routine, structured assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator.

Additional Information

This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
