DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Records Clerk in Michigan to validate, enter, and maintain patient health information in our electronic health records system. You will compile and organize patient files and classify medical data for efficient retrieval.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and a drive to support physicians and management in delivering quality patient care. On-site schedule aligns with clinic hours.

Friday 7:00-12:30pm
Medical Records Clerk is responsible for validating and entering patients' health information into the electronic health records system. Additionally, they will compile, process, and maintain patient files. The Medical Records Clerk will also classify and enter patients' medical information into the healthcare industry's numerical coding system.
