Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI, is seeking a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST to join our WOODRUFF CLINIC team!

The Medical Receptionist greets, registers, and assists patients in a professional manner. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments according to established protocols, obtaining and maintaining complete and accurate patient demographics, and providing clerical support such as answering phone calls, providing routine information, and managing messages.

Hours: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 hours biweekly

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office procedures typically acquired through a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and basic keyboarding skills preferred.
