Job description

MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time Bilingual Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service overall.

Location: N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa

Starting Salary: $17.00 an hour

Normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

As a Front Office Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You will greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, assist with forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout your daily tasks.

Qualifications for a Front Office Representative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer software including Word, Outlook, and facility software systems. EMR/EHR experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
