Job Summary:

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Clinical Office Coordinator performs a wide variety of front office responsibilities and supports the physician.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: One to three years of Administrative Assistant/Medical Office experience preferred.
  3. Licensure and/or Certification: Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Secretary program preferred.
  4. Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderate keyboarding skills required.
    • Knowledge of GE Centricity for electronic medical records preferred.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
