ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi seek a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Brooklyn Heights office. You will be the face of the practice, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, and assisting both patients and clinicians in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in medical reception and Epic is a plus; ability to work independently or in a team is desired, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Job Description

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation's largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Brooklyn Heights office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments


• Assisting incoming patients


• Verifying insurance coverage


• Entering patient demographics into the computer


• Pulling and filing medical charts


• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Epic experience is a plus.


• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team


• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus


• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule (rotates as follows)

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm/8:00am-4:30pm/8:30am-5:00pm


• Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm


• *Please note: schedule subject to change based on physician schedules.
