At American Family Care, our PRN Medical Receptionists keep our urgent care centers running smoothly. In this role, you will commit to working a minimum of four shifts a month. Availability during the week as well as some weekends is required.

As our front desk receptionist, your precision with insurance verification directly impacts both patient experience AND our clinic’s financial health. We’re specifically looking for someone who excels at resolving insurance and billing challenges while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
