How You’ll Contribute

• Provides front office support in a physician office.
• Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures.
• Collects, verifies, and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system. Collects patient co‑payments.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
