Job summary

Allied Physicians Group in Medford, NY is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage check-in/out. The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a medical office (pediatric experience a big plus), and strong customer service skills.

AthenaOne EMR experience is a bonus; bilingual Spanish speakers are highly valued. This is a part-time role with a competitive benefits package.

Details You Need to Know:

• Part- Time Schedule-Hours Vary Within: Monday – Friday, 12:00PM– 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Compensation: Starting $20/ph

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), especially AthenaOne, is a bonus.

Compensation: $20.00ph - 21.00ph hourly The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
