Medical Receptionist - Northern Branches - Casual

Allevia Radiology (previously Mercy Radiology) is looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join the team on an as-needed, as-available basis to cover shifts at our northern and west Auckland branches, including Silverdale, Orewa, Warkworth, Rosedale, and Westgate.

This opportunity suits someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians. While previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology will help you start confidently, training and ongoing support will be provided.

• Live in the area north of Auckland, have reliable transport, and meet the following criteria:

• Have previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings, ideally in a healthcare environment
• Have excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience using COMRAD would be an advantage
• Have an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
• Can communicate clearly and effectively in a calm and friendly manner
• Are available and flexible to cover a variety of shifts when required
