Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates in Morristown is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of the practice. You will schedule patient appointments, assist incoming patients, verify insurance, and enter patient demographics into the system.

Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance are a plus; Epic experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; schedule includes Mon-Fri with some Saturdays per month.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Morristown office location.

Hourly:

$21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Saturday’s (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
