The Medical Office Receptionist will provide front office support in a physician office setting. Responsibilities include:

1. Answering telephone inquiries promptly and courteously, taking accurate messages, forwarding calls, and scheduling patients according to policy and procedures.
2. Verifying insurance eligibility and entering data into the practice management system.
3. Collecting co-payments or outstanding balances and issuing receipts.
4. Providing coverage at various clinic locations as needed.
