The receptionist is responsible for supporting office operations and works independently and interdependently with other office staff to provide efficient, cost-effective, quality patient care.
High school diploma or equivalent; business or secretarial training a plus. 1-2 years’ experience preferred. Participation in ongoing education is expected.
Knowledge of office equipment and service-related terminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation.
Office setting, light physical activity, remote work options may be available post-training.
Interactions with all services, staff, patients, visitors, regulatory agencies.
Managed by a supervisor or coordinator.
$17.75 - $23.60, based on experience, skills, education, and location.
