Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider specializing in outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/buprenorphine. Established in 2005, we have grown to over 100 clinics across nine states, remaining physician-led and patient-focused. We are dedicated to supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service during patient check-in, payment processing, and daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a “white glove” experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screening as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived experience with addiction is a plus.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm / 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
