ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi invite applications for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist in our Paramus, NJ office. The role is front-desk oriented, handling scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and chart management, with emphasis on patient service.

You will be the face of the practice, supporting physicians and office staff. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive hourly pay of $21/hr, and opportunities for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed; be the face of the practice
