Job summary

ENTA Bay Ridge West is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, assist incoming patients, verify insurance, and enter demographics into the system.

You will be the face of our practice, work in a fast-paced medical office, and support the office manager and physicians. The schedule rotates Mon-Fri with some Saturdays; we offer medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, FSA, life insurance, 401(k), and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist incoming patients.
• Verify insurance coverage.
• Enter patient demographics into the computer.
• Pull and file medical charts.
• Assist the office manager and physicians as needed.
• Be the face of our practice for patients.
