Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our East Patchogue office. You will be the welcoming face of our practice, handling patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification in a fast-paced medical setting.

The role requires teamwork, accuracy in entering demographics, and the ability to work well with physicians and staff. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, Epic experience is a plus, and a background in medical insurance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical insurance is beneficial.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist incoming patients and verify insurance.
• Enter patient demographics into the computer.
• Pull and file medical charts.
• Support the office manager and physicians as needed.
• Be the face of the practice for patients.
