The Medical Office Receptionist will provide front office support in a physician office setting. Responsibilities include:

1. Answering telephone promptly and courteously, taking accurate messages, forwarding or answering inquiries, and scheduling patients according to policy and procedures.
2. Collecting, verifying, and entering insurance eligibility information into the practice management system.
3. Collecting co-payments or old balances and providing receipts for all transactions.
4. Providing coverage at various clinic locations as needed.
