A Patient Service Specialist will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment and apply their skills in a highly visible and critical role. GEMD provides non-hospital-based emergency care in a hyper-efficient delivery of Emergency Medicine Specialty Services combined with an outpatient facility efficiently providing high quality care that can yield lower ER visits, lower hospital admissions, and create savings.

• Ability to use all necessary office equipment (faxes, copiers, computers, telephones, etc.).
• Able to stand and work up to 12-hours in a day.

• Active BLS certification is strongly preferred.
• Previous patient services experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
