Job summary

Capital Radiology is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for our Vermont clinic in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role includes rotation through the Vermont Private Hospital site and nearby clinics.

You will manage phone enquiries, greet patients, schedule appointments, handle invoices/Medicare rebates, update registrations, and keep the reception area neat. A strong customer-service background and a drive to learn in medical imaging are highly regarded.
