PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE is seeking a friendly, organized receptionist to handle appointment scheduling and patient billing. You will coordinate transportation requests and assist patients with out-of-pocket expenses, while supporting the clinic team.

Work hours are 30–39 per week, Monday–Thursday mostly, with some location-based variation. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and attention to detail in a busy ophthalmology setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and general computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinic setting.
• Team player with a cooperative, caring attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the patient and optometrist contact for scheduling and billing.
• Handle out-of-pocket expenses and transportation requests.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and team to meet clinic needs.
