In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it’s fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. You’ll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly and ensures every patient feels seen and heard. Experience in a medical front office role preferred.
