Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care seeks a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join its caring team in Corpus Christi. You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at: 6182 Dunbarton Oak Dr., Suite B, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

This patient-facing role supports the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program and requires MS Office proficiency. Expect a 40-hour work week with a starting pay range described below and Humana benefits.

• One year or more of healthcare experience preferred; strong customer service background acceptable.

You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at: 6182 Dunbarton Oak Dr., Suite B, Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

Required Qualifications

• You will have a high School Diploma or GED
• You will have 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
• You will have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Preferred Qualifications

• You will have Value-based care model experience
• You will have knowledge of Medical Terminology
• You will have experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
• You will be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
