Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying their information, and scheduling appointments. In this role, you will also handle patient inquiries, collect payments, and maintain patient records. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify patient information by collecting and entering demographic data
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective and timely communication
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collect and process payments from patients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain patient records, update information, and ensure data integrity
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure a smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred

Salary: $25-26.00 per hour
