Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, manage check-ins/outs, and support scheduling and record-keeping in a fast-paced clinic setting. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, prior medical receptionist experience preferred, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
